Mammoth Creative is a project I created with my husband / genius ad guy, Dave Gassman,  to produce (public service announcement) commercials and publicity materials for non-profit corporations.

Declare Yourself:

2008 Election

Dave and I produced a set of public service announcements for “Declare Yourself” for a campaign aimed at raising voter turnout in the 2008 presidential election.  The goal was to reach young voters who have never voted before, but without boring them or guilting them into it.  

The scripts were written by me and directed by the insanely talented Suzanne Luna. 

Burma: It Can’t Wait

I was invited to write scripts for a month-long campaign to raise awareness for the plight of Burma and Aung San Suu Kyi.  Of my scripts that were produced, this one is my favorite.

Class Clowns LA & NY

Mammoth Creative helped to produce and promote “Class Clowns”, a live comedy benefit (for educational charities such as “School on Wheels”) at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles, and at Madison Square Garden in New York.

The shows have included such performers as Zach Galifianakis, Sarah Silverman, David Cross, Bob Odenkirk, Fred Armisen, David Koechner & The Naked Trucker, The Sklar Brothers, Dan Finnerty & the Dan Band, Alex Borstein, Mo Collins, Mary Lynn Rajskub, and three of the five members of The Kids in the Hall.
